We, OGS Gesellschaft für Datenverarbeitung und Systemberatung mbH (“OGS”), would like to inform you about the following topics:

    OGSiD® ERP Module Concept (OGSiD® Business Pack, OGSiD® Add-Ons, OGSiD® Upgrades), Industry 4.0 Solutions (MES), OGSiD® SSB Solutions (OGSiD® SSB - Electronic Planning Board, OGSiD® SSB Machine Data Acquisition, OGSiD® SSB – Precast Calculation, OGSiD® SSB - Data Recording System), server technology, server hosting and data center,

    and

  • services:
    consulting, customizing, implementation, go-live and support, 24-hour support, training and seminars,

at OGS. Furthermore, the promotional material includes sending newsletters or informational e-mails as well as announcements of or invitations to events.

Promotional material is sent solely by OGS.

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data that is processed at OGS as well as the information specified in EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) article 15(1). For this information, any further explanations, or any requests for rectification, erasure, objection to processing, restriction of processing, or transfer of your personal data, please contact us using the contact details provided in Section B.

B. Consent to the data processing operations described in Section A in accordance with EU GDPR articles 6(1)(a) and 7

By checking this box, I give my explicit and voluntary consent to OGS processing my personal data for the purposes described in Section A until I revoke this consent. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after checking this box. Please confirm by clicking on the link provided in that e-mail.

The fulfillment of any contracts you have with us, including for the delivery of services, does not depend on you giving this consent. Your option for legal recourse on matters pertaining to data processing will not be affected by you giving your consent.
